By downloading, installing, or using PureCycle (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PureCycle is a mobile application designed for menstrual cycle tracking, health logging, and personal wellness management. The App includes:

• Period tracking and cycle prediction
• Daily health logging (mood, symptoms, flow)
• Calendar view with cycle visualization
• AI companion (Mia) powered by Google Gemini (optional)
• Local notifications for period reminders
• App lock with PIN and biometric authentication

3. Medical Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information provided by PureCycle or the Mia AI companion.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of PureCycle, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate information when logging your cycle data (for your own benefit)
• Keep your device secure, especially if you store sensitive health data
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. AI Companion (Mia)

The Mia AI companion feature is optional and requires you to:

• Provide your own Google Gemini API key
• Understand that conversations with Mia are processed by Google Gemini API
• Acknowledge that Mia's responses are AI-generated and not medical advice
• Accept Google's Terms of Service for the Gemini API

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software associated with PureCycle are the intellectual property of PureCycle and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of PureCycle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and don't handle) your data. PureCycle is designed to keep all your data on your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PureCycle and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any inaccuracies in cycle predictions, ovulation estimates, or pregnancy chance calculations
• Any decisions made based on the App's predictions or AI responses
• Loss of data due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other causes
• Any issues arising from the use of third-party services (Google Gemini API)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PureCycle is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. App Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. We encourage you to keep the App updated for the best experience.

11. Termination

You may stop using PureCycle at any time by uninstalling the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App will permanently delete all your data. There is no account to deactivate or cancel.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
