How do I start tracking my period?
Open PureCycle and tap "Log Period Start" on the home screen. Select the date your period began, and PureCycle will begin tracking your cycle and predicting future periods.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
Yes, absolutely. All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to any of your health data. Your cycle information, daily logs, and personal notes never leave your phone.
How do I set up the AI companion (Mia)?
Go to Settings → Gemini API Key. You'll need a free API key from Google AI Studio (aistudio.google.com/apikey). Enter your key and you can start chatting with Mia by tapping the floating button.
How accurate are the predictions?
PureCycle's predictions improve over time as you log more cycles. The more data you provide, the more accurate the predictions become. However, please note that cycle predictions are estimates and should not be used for medical decisions or contraception.
How do I enable notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications. Enable period reminders and choose how many days before your expected period you'd like to be notified (1, 2, or 3 days).
How do I set up app lock (PIN / Face ID)?
Go to Settings → Security. You can set up a 4-digit PIN code and/or enable biometric authentication (Face ID on iPhone, fingerprint on Android) to protect your app.
How do I change the language?
PureCycle supports English and Vietnamese. Go to Settings → Language to switch between "English" and "Tiếng Việt".
How do I delete my data?
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it by going to your device Settings → Apps → PureCycle → Clear Data, or simply uninstalling the app.
Does PureCycle work offline?
Yes! All core features (cycle tracking, calendar, daily logging, notifications, app lock) work completely offline. The only feature that requires an internet connection is the Mia AI companion.
Is PureCycle free?
Yes, PureCycle is completely free to use with all features included. There are no premium tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
